Usage
Originally a bittering hop Comet has found new life as an aroma variety in cutting edge craft styles, especially as a dry hop in IPAs and Farmhouse brews.
Aroma & Flavour Character
Flavour is heavily weighted in grapefruit and citrus zest, with herbal grassy notes and undertones of earthy resin.
