We grow 6 varieties of hops. All carefully chosen for their flavour, aroma, and compatibility with our growing region.
Big, bold American Hop with a very distinct pine and spicy aroma with robust flavours of grapefruit.
A brand new USDA hop variety with a unique aroma of tropical fruit and citrus, into white peach and stone fruit as it ages.
Versatile flavours ranging from strong lemon, lime, and tangerine through tropical coconut, melon and pineapple flavours with a smooth bitterness.
Mild aroma with pleasant tropical citrus quality. It is also said to have a slightly “rustic” edge from its Brewer’s Gold ancestry.
