Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Stormy Acres Hops Wholesale! We’re excited to partner with you. Please review our wholesale policies before placing your order.
Minimum Order: $150
Product Variety: Orders must include at least 4 different product varieties
Product Quantity: Individual scents must be ordered in specific increments (listed per product).
We accept the following payment methods:
✔ Visa, Mastercard, American Express
✔ PayPal
✔ e-Transfer
💡 Payment is expected at the time of shipping.
If Shopping on our website, please select the COD option if you would like to defer the payment to the time of shipping.
Some scents are seasonal and available for a limited time. Check product listings for details.
If you would like to order a seasonal scent the lead time is 4 weeks, and the minimum order amount is 8 bars of the seasonal scent.
- Carrier: Our website will provide options for shipping with Canada Post and available couriers.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The website will calculate the best price for shipping.
- Earliest Ship Date: 2 weeks from order placement.
- Leave Warehouse Window: 1-week window from requested ship date.
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement without penalty.
- After 48 hours: A 20% restocking fee will apply.
