Digestive Tincture

To harness the digestive benefits of hops, simply add a few drops of the bitters to a glass of water or herbal tea before or after meals. Allow the tincture to infuse into the beverage, and sip slowly to soothe the stomach and promote healthy digestion. Adjust the dosage according to personal preference and digestive needs for optimal results.
My favorite is a few drops in bubbly water/Soda Stream.
Cocktail Bitter
Hop Bitters pair well with Gin. They work well with any citrus style cocktail, especially grapefruit.
Cocktail Recipe
Chinook's Respite
- 1.5 oz Gin
- .75 oz Honey simple syrup
- .5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25 oz Lemon Juice
- Citrus & Cardamom Hop Bitters
- 3 oz dry Cider
Combine all but cider in a shaker. Strain into a glass with ice and top with cider.
(Honey Simple Syrup- 1 part honey, 1 part boiling water. mix until combined)
