Our Committment

Our farm is our home. We endeavor to use the best possible farming practices in our hopyard.

Chemicals

We prioritize conscientious choices, limiting our usage to when it's essential, and natural when possible.

Pests

Our first line of defense against pests are their natural predators. For aphids - ladybugs. For beetles & grasshoppers - chickens.

Weeds

To combat weeds and grass we have employed three baby doll sheep.

Usage

Chinook Hops are a great universal hop, suitable for any stage of the boil. It possesses a desirable high alpha content and moderate co-humulone levels delivering a potent, smooth bitterness. Use sparingly in the boil as it can add a harsh bitterness if overused.

Style Guide

Highly desirable in an IPA dry hop, Pale Ale or any New World style beer. They are very versatile and find their way into anything from Lagers to Porters and Stouts to Barley Wine.
