Let's talk wet hops
Wet hops, harvested fresh from the bine and used within hours, infuse a unique flavor and aroma that can't be replicated with dried hops. Their freshness imparts a vibrant essence to beer, celebrated by brewers for its unparalleled character and seasonal charm. Experience the magic of wet hops and elevate your brews to new heights.
Unlike dried hops, which are processed and stored before use, wet hops retain their natural moisture and oils, offering a unique flavor and aroma profile.
Because they are not dried, wet hops impart a fresher, more vibrant character to beer, adding nuanced floral, herbal, and sometimes grassy notes.
Brewers often use wet hops in seasonal or limited-release beers to capture the essence of the harvest season.

Wet hops are highly perishable. They typically need to be used within 24 hours of picking. We like to have the breweries in the yard with us harvesting and then the hops are delivered straight to the brew kettle.

We love to create an experience for the brewers (and marketing team). Come out to the yard for a visit and photo op, send a team for harvest day to be part of the picking, and create a truly local beer.
