Our Committment
Our farm is our home. We endeavor to use the best possible farming practices in our hopyard.
Chemicals
We prioritize conscientious choices, limiting our usage to when it's essential, and natural when possible.
Pests
Our first line of defense against pests are their natural predators. For aphids - ladybugs. For beetles & grasshoppers - chickens.
Weeds
To combat weeds and grass we have employed three baby doll sheep.

Usage
Higher alpha acid than parent Cascade. It shines when used for aroma and flavour in hop-forward styles, as well as complimenting sour, fruited or funky ales. Its offers smooth bitterness, especially if used early in the boil.
