Usage

Higher alpha acid than parent Cascade. It shines when used for aroma and flavour in hop-forward styles, as well as complimenting sour, fruited or funky ales. Its offers smooth bitterness, especially if used early in the boil.

Aroma & Flavour Character

Complex flavour ranging from lemon and lime to peach and melon, to strawberry and pineapple. It offers secondary notes of coconut and lemongrass with a subtle herbal bouquet which can show through in whirlpool or dry hop additions.
