Usage

Chinook Hops are a great universal hop, suitable for any stage of the boil. It possesses a desirable high alpha content and moderate co-humulone levels delivering a potent, smooth bitterness. Use sparingly in the boil as it can add a harsh bitterness if overused.

Aroma & Flavour Character

Very distinct pine and spicy aroma with robust flavours of grapefruit. Pungent pine and resin as a dry hop.

Style Guide
