Usage
Bred to be a higher-alpha acid aroma variety. Triumph makes a great stand-alone hop or blends well with others.
Aroma & Flavour Character
Has a unique aroma of tropical fruit with prominent peach, lemon, and orange with secondary spice and pine notes. This interesting hop changes depending on when you add it to your brew and how long it has been off the bine (it has even been reported as having a bubble gum aroma).
