Our first line of defense against pests are their natural predators. For aphids - ladybugs. For beetles & grasshoppers - chickens.

To combat weeds and grass we have employed three baby doll sheep.

Usage
Strong antibiotic properties and it has been seen used in herbal teas and as an alternative antibiotic in livestock feed, right through to a bacterial inhibitor in the processing of sugar. It also makes really great iced tea. In brewing, it has a somewhat similar profile to Crystal, except that it doesn’t impart any bittering at all. It contributes floral aromas when used as a late addition.
